A simple format with real impact
No presentations, no pressure. Just 5 to 10 people, a cup of coffee on us, and an open space to talk.
New arrivals who don’t know each other yet already share something powerful: the courage to make a move.
And that’s where the magic happens. You realize you’re not the only one struggling with a SIM card, figuring out the EDF, or asking, “Where can I find decent bread?”
There’s laughter, tips shared, WhatsApp groups formed… and sometimes, genuine friendships.

How to join a SmartTraveller Welcome Coffee
Our Welcome Coffees happen regularly across different parts of the island.
They’re intentionally small, hosted by Johanna, and designed to be warm and inclusive.
